Terms of Service

“Service” means the Eezy OS software, websites, and features we make available. “Account” means a registered user account. “Content” means data, text, figures, analytics, and other materials presented through the Service. “Wallet Address” means a public blockchain address you choose to track. “Connected Account” means any third-party financial account you elect to link.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, and that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

Eezy OS is a read-only, non-custodial portfolio analytics tool. It reads publicly available blockchain data for the Wallet Addresses you choose to track, and, where you elect, information from Connected Accounts, and presents analytics, summaries, and visualizations. The Service does not take custody of assets, hold or access private keys, or initiate, sign, or broadcast transactions, and it cannot move your funds.

Eezy OS is a software tool that organizes and displays information. It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, exchange, tax preparer, accountant, certified public accountant, attorney, or law firm, and using the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, accountant-client, or attorney-client relationship.

All information, estimates, valuations, cost figures, classifications, and other outputs are provided for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are not financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. The Service does not replace, and is not a substitute for, the advice of qualified professionals such as licensed financial advisors, investment professionals, accountants, and tax consultants. You are solely responsible for your financial and tax decisions, and you should independently verify any figures and consult appropriate professionals before relying on anything presented through the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use or suspected breach. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials. We may offer multi-factor authentication, which we strongly recommend enabling.

The Service is currently offered on an invite-only, early-access basis and may be incomplete, change frequently, contain errors, or be unavailable from time to time. Features described as “coming soon,” “next,” “soon,” or on our roadmap (including connecting bank and brokerage accounts and planning tools) are forward-looking, are provided without warranty, and may be changed, delayed, or discontinued at any time without liability to you.

Certain features require a paid subscription tier. Pricing, included features, and limits are described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees and taxes to your payment method. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change pricing or tiers prospectively with reasonable notice. Payments may be processed by third-party processors subject to their terms; for digital-asset payments, network fees and irreversibility are your responsibility.

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to: (a) access or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours; (b) scrape, crawl, or place unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except as permitted by law; (d) circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; (e) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful purpose; (f) introduce malware or interfere with the Service; or (g) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding public blockchain data and your data), is owned by Coreezy Vibes LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You retain rights to the labels, notes, and settings you create. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

The Service depends on third-party sources and providers, including blockchain nodes and indexers, price feeds, account-connection providers (for example, a provider used to link bank or brokerage accounts), email delivery, hosting, and payment processors, and may link to third-party sites such as ecosystem partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, or content of third-party sources, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Digital assets are volatile and speculative, and their value can fall to zero. Blockchain and market data may be delayed, incomplete, reorganized, or inaccurate, and analytics derived from it may be wrong. You understand and accept these risks, and you agree that you use the Service, and make any financial or tax decision, at your own risk.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY FIGURE OR OUTPUT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREEZY VIBES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coreezy Vibes LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your Account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, or as needed to comply with law or protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least thirty (30) days. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any binding-arbitration and class-action provisions should be added and tailored with counsel before launch.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or purchase terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you may be provided through the Service or by email.
